Space Solar Power End-to-End Architecture Design
Ae105c 2022 Final Project
Objective: Design a Space Solar Power architecture capable of supplying 100MW at 0.25-0.35 $/kWh to Maui for 20 years, deployable by 2032.
Implementation: Geosynchronous formation flying grid of 692 60x60m spacecraft utilizing a single layer of Si based photovoltaic stacked on 5GHz RF phased power transmitter layer.
Submitted Proposal: Ae105C Project
Architecture Overview
Titan Sample Return End-to-End Mission Design
2022 Caltech Space Challenge - Team Voyager
Objective: Design a flagship end-to-end gas, liquid, solid sample return mission to Saturn's moon Titan.
- Samples must be obtained from in Ligeia Mare or its shoreline in triplicate for desired measurements
- NASA planetary protection guidelines must be observed
Implementation: The Undersea Retrieval of Titan Lake Extractions (TURTLE) Mission
Mission Proposal Submitted to AIAA SciTech 2023: TURTLE Mission Concept
I performed trade studies to design the proposed Titan Ascent Vehicle and assumed responsibility for ADCS systems, Avionics, and Power Requirements for the TAV
